Method

  • Mould all necessary elements in crystallised dark chocolate.
    • Head consists of two half-spheres using the mould (art. 611503).
    • Legs and ears, each consisting of two half-spheres using the mould (art. 61150).
  • Once all elements are attached, spray them with a dark spray mass.
  • Take the PVC ball (art. 852983) and lightly sand the areas where the chocolate elements will be attached with coarse sandpaper to ensure maximum adhesion. Also, use slightly less crystallised chocolate for bonding, about 1 to 2°C warmer.
  • Before attaching the chocolate elements to the PVC ball, fill it with our marzipan Choco Balls Milk Banana (art. 31517) & Raspberry (art. 31518).
