Crumpled

Method

  • Dip the moulded Sinterklaas hollow figures into the corresponding crystallised chocolate.
  • Immediately roll them in a mix of pre-cut guitar sheet strips (art. 170118) and crumpled baking paper (art. 18212).
  • Allow everything to crystallise in the fridge and carefully remove the strips.

Tip: You can mould your own Sinterklaas figures or use figures from our hollow goods range.
