Method:
- Make cylinders by wrapping PVC sheets (art. 412183) around a 1 cm diameter rod.
- Mix the warm cocoa butter (45°C) with the natural powder food coloring
- Combine this with the white crystallized chocolate and fill the PVC cylinders
- Let them harden in the fridge
- Remove from the mold
- Sharpen the tips with a real sharpener.
Tip: Be sure to use our other natural colorants to create your own shades.
