Method

  • Mould the skull shape (art. 171585) using crystallised dark chocolate.
  • Allow it to crystallise in the fridge, then remove it from the mould.
  • Use a warm knife to remove the eye sockets and nasal cavity.
  • Once back at room temperature, spray it evenly with crystallised dark chocolate spray.
  • Immediately sprinkle with red nonpareil sprinkles (art. 261229) and let it set at room temperature.
  • Shape two horns using dark sculpting chocolate, let them fully crystallise in the fridge, then spray them with crystallised black spray. Attach the horns to the skull by scraping away part of the surface texture to ensure a strong bond.

Method:

  • Thoroughly mix the carbon powder with the warm cocoa butter.
  • Allow the mixture to crystallise.
  • Spray a thin layer onto the horns.
    Tip : You can, of course, choose a different combination of chocolate and coloured nonpareils.
