Snowman Piñata

Method

  • Mould half-sphere blisters (art. 611503) with white imitation chocolate (art. 5710).
  • Once crystallised, continue moulding with white crystallised chocolate.
  • Repeat the same process for the base disc using a Flexipan (art. 149019).
  • Before attaching the two spheres, fill one half with marzipan Choco Balls Red (art. 31512) + Green (art. 31513).
  • Attach the sphere to the base and begin decorating using rolled fondant:
    Red (art. 8469) - White (art. 8467) - Orange (art. 8473) - Pink (art. 8474).
