Method
- Mould the half-sphere forms (art. 839826) with tempered milk chocolate.
- Allow them to harden.
- Melt the GIA and mix in the vanilla.
- Crystallise this nut-vanilla mixture and fill the pralines.
- Press a round nougatine disc (art. 6944) into the filling and let it set at room temperature.
Tip: Vary the shape by using different nougatine discs. - Seal with tempered milk chocolate.
- Remove from the moulds and pipe tempered milk chocolate lines over them, immediately sprinkling with bronze flakes (art. 224235).
