Method

  • Mould the half-sphere forms (art. 839826) with tempered milk chocolate.
  • Allow them to harden.
  • Melt the GIA and mix in the vanilla.
  • Crystallise this nut-vanilla mixture and fill the pralines.
  • Press a round nougatine disc (art. 6944) into the filling and let it set at room temperature.
    Tip: Vary the shape by using different nougatine discs.
  • Seal with tempered milk chocolate.
  • Remove from the moulds and pipe tempered milk chocolate lines over them, immediately sprinkling with bronze flakes (art. 224235).
