Ingredients
Dark chocolate rings
300g Dark Chocolate 811
30g Nut Mix
Milk chocolate rings
300g Milk Chocolate 823
20g Granolina mix
10g Raspberry Crisps
Method
- Sprinkle the nut mix or the granolina mix with the raspberry crisps into the Flexipan (art. 148794)
- Pipe the crystallized chocolate over it and let it set in the fridge (12-14°C).
Tip: You can also create these products using a variety of other molds.
