Trendtour Sigep 2025

As part of Ranson Inspirations, we travelled with an enthusiastic group of 30 customers to SIGEP in Rimini, the leading trade fair where the latest trends and innovations come together. This international event brings together professionals from all over the world to find inspiration, network and discover the latest flavours. The focus is on (artisan) ice cream, but pastry, chocolate, coffee and bread are also widely covered.

After a smooth flight from Zaventem, we took the bus to Rimini where we visited Fugar. There, we discovered their new and updated flavours and get a typical Italian ‘aperitivo’.

On Tuesday, our ice cream experts Wannes De Ranter and Frank Cijnsmans guided the group past the most interesting stands. We visited Fructital and Cresco, where, among other things, we were surprised by a unique flavour combination: tropical fruit with chocolate. We also tasted ice cream with rum, a true discovery!

After an inspiring day at the fair, we ended the trend tour with a cosy dinner, where we enjoyed delicious Italian specialities. A successful trip full of flavour and inspiration!
